Let me guess…

Yes? Well, this may be why…

When you’re hurt by the people that you love, it breaks and it builds.

It breaks your sense of trust.
It breaks your sense of safety & security.
It breaks the mirror in which you see yourself.

It builds walls that you hide behind for protection.
It builds a supply of weapons that you use to defend.
It builds a fence of lies that keep you disconnected from yourself and the outside world.

It’s time to
reconnect.

Hey! I’m Liz!

Dealing with the pains of life is hard, and even harder when the pain is caused by loved ones.

If you’ve experienced:

  • living in a chaotic, unsafe home environment

  • inconsistent, abusive, or emotionally absent caregivers

  • being bullied or rejected by peers

  • emotional abuse, physical abuse, and/or infidelity in romantic relationships

  • loss/abandonment by family members, romantic partners, peers, and/or friends

it can affect your ability to trust and connect with others. This can be frustrating because, even though we’ve been hurt by others, there’s a natural part of us that desires connection. But where do you start?

That’s where I come in. I love creating a safe space to help people learn how to overcome these experiences and get the most out of life.

Working through the past is the first step to thriving in your future and It IS possible to have secure and meaningful connections in your life!
